Assistant Professor

The Chemical Engineering Department at Dalhousie University invites applications for a probationary tenure-track faculty position. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or closely-related discipline, have excellent communication skills and be eligible for registration as a professional engineer in the province of Nova Scotia. The appointee will be expected to teach Chemical Engineering courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels and undertake a vigorous externally-funded research program. The Department at present has eight tenured faculty members, about 100 undergraduate students and 20 graduate students.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
